For Our Families and Loved Ones
The safety and health of your loved one is our top priority, along with making sure you have the information you need in a timely manner. Our goal is be able to quickly provide our residents’ families and representatives with up to date information and news regarding operations within our nursing homes.
With the end of the Covid-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023, nursing homes are no longer required to notify families and residents or publicly post active Covid-19 cases in our facilities. This means you will no longer find active cases reported on our website.
Masking may be required within our facilities when community indicators recommend masking or if there is an outbreak among individuals in our care. Signage will be posted at entrances when masks are required.
NCHC will continue to use good infection prevention practices and continue to post signage within our building when additional PPE is needed when visiting residents. Please follow all instructions on signage posted within buildings.
