At North Central Health Care we want you to feel confident that your leadership is doing their best to make sure we are prepared to combat COVID-19. Our goal is to minimize the risk of contracting and/or spreading the virus to keep patients, residents and staff safe.
You may have questions regarding safety, policies and procedures that have recently been put in place to respond to COVID-19. While we encourage you to speak directly with your manager about the concerns you have, we also want to provide you an additional opportunity to ask questions.

You may also submit an anonymous question, however it may delay the response. We will try to answer your questions in a prompt manner, however the FAQ mailbox is not monitored 24/7, so if your question is urgent, please contact your manager or supervisor directly.
If others share the same or similar questions, we may provide answers to FAQ's directly to your department manager, in a communication for all staff via email or in our weekly communications that will benefit of all staff.
