Types of Treatment:
The outpatient clinic is a Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) outpatient clinic. The Clinic is a state certified clinic that provides services for residents of Lincoln County.
The following services are provided:
Assessments and evaluations, individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, OWI assessments, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, group therapy, community outreach for mental health services to the elderly and disabled, psychological evaluations, behavior management and case management.
Hours:
The outpatient clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with evening appointments available by arrangement.
Mobile crisis services are available seven days a week and can be accessed by calling the main office numbers during business hours or the emergency services center in Wausau after hours at (715) 845-4326 or 1-800-799-0122.

To make an appointment for outpatient services, please call (715) 536-9482 for appointments at the Merrill office and (715) 453-5381 for appointments in the Tomahawk office.
Payment for Services:
The outpatient clinic accepts private insurance plans, Medicaid, Badgercare, Medicare and other forms of payment for services. The clinic also has a sliding fee scale that is based upon income and number of dependents in the family. Our intake person will review this information when scheduling the initial assessment appointment and during registration when you come to the office for the initial assessment appointment.
