The Adult Developmental Disabilities Program provides training and work experience for adults with developmental disabilities. It includes case management services, day services/paid work activities, and a supported employment program to assist clients with community job placement. It is the mission of the program to provide vocational and day services to adults with developmental disabilities. The program is designed to facilitate the development of each individual to his/her optimum level of independence in all areas of adult daily living skills, including vocational, social, leisure, and mobility. Vocational training promotes self-worth through paid work, as well as advancement in wage, work habits, productivity and skill level of each individual. We promote independence in the home, community and workplace, while recognizing the right of responsible freedom of choice. We strive to make each individual a productive, responsible and participating member of the community while according each individual the dignity and respect to which he/she is entitled.
