The Community Support Program (CSP) is designed to provide effective and easily accessible treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. CSP services are provided in the community where the persons live and work, as opposed to in clinics or institutions. It is felt that by helping persons with long-term mental illness to better manage their symptoms, few institutional placements will be needed.
Staff The CSP staff is made up of:
In addition, the Emergency Services staff are available to provide crisis intervention, clinical back-up, and other services. Hours The Center's daily business hours are from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have a 24-hour emergency service telephone line, which is reached by calling our regular number after hours (715-623-2394). Making a Referral Anyone interested in making a referral to the CSP program can call (715) 623-2394, and request the Clinical Coordinator. Information will be requested in order to determine if the person being referred is eligible for CSP services. Payment for Services The Health Care Center accepts insurance, medical assistance, Medicare, and private payment for services. When these are not available, payments are based on a person's income and number of dependents in the family. We have a full-time staff person who can assist the client in developing a payment plan which is workable for the client. |
