For over 100 years North Central Health Care has been caring for persons in its commitment to the community it serves. Mount View Care Center has over 300 beds, and is located on the main park-like campus overlooking beautiful Lake Wausau.

Dedicated to respect the dignity of each person and to serve the needs of the community, all nursing home units continue to modify, adapt, and expand their delivery of highly skilled services. Three of the units are further designated to meet the specialized needs of residents with behavioral problems related to the aging process and to adults of all ages with mental health issues.

Quality of care is assured by the focused concentration of a highly qualified and professional treatment team that includes each resident as a central focus in developing plans of care. Independence, personal growth, and individualized care are fostered whether the goal is to return home, return to other community settings, or to remain with us.
