Licensure

The State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Family Services, Division of Supportive Living licenses Mount View Care Center. We are certified to receive Medicare and Medicaid payments. The Bureau of Quality Assurance, Division of Supportive Living, performs regular surveys of the facility. The results of these surveys are available for view at several locations, including the front lobby of Mount View Care Center.
