NCHC Aquatic Services Partners with Woodson YMCA During Closure for Pool Maintenance in November and December
The North Central Health Care Aquatic Therapy Center will be partnering with the Woodson YMCA during November and December 2022 and continue to provide warm water physical therapy while our Wausau Campus facility undergoes extensive maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience or temporary disruption to your aquatic therapy services during this time. The maintenance will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete and will ensure successful operations for our pool long into the future. We plan to reopen the Aquatic Therapy Center as soon as the work is complete.
We have taken additional steps with our partners at the Woodson YMCA to provide a warm, comfortable environment for your continued care. Patients will be able to use a separate entrance on Grant Street close to parking and an elevator that will take you directly to the pool area and changing rooms. Patients may park in Lot 5 on Grant Street and enter through a marked entrance on the South end of the YMCA.
We are grateful for the partnership the Woodson YMCA has offered that will allow us to continue providing services during our maintenance.
If you have any questions regarding directions, care, or services, please reach out to us. We are happy to assist you. Our Aquatic Therapy team can be reached at 715.848.4551, asmola@norcen.org or AquaticTherapy@norcen.org.
