Care & Understanding in Hospice

You have an exceptional employee in your hospice named Michelle, who cared for my husband during his end-of-life journey. Michelle is a confident person in her profession with a calm and patient manner, I found these qualities very comforting as my frustrations were at an all-time high. Michelle's knowledge of the hospice system and her remarkable problem-solving abilities within the system are rare and a very much appreciated quality these days. Michelle's empathy and ability to provide what I call, "special care and attention" meant more to me than you know. My husband of 56 years was in the hospital palliative care in excruciating pain, when I would ask the nurses to give him more morphine, they "would check" and I would never hear from them again. Michelle was able to use her problem-solving skills to call the right people to get my husband the care and comfort he needed for his pain.
