Patient Story

I recently stayed at North Central Health Care and I had the pleasure of working with Krystal on the Crisis unit. There was a lot of miscommunication during my stay which had me a bit upset but Krystal was super understanding, super nice and went out of her way to check on me while I was there and make sure I was comfortable. She really was an awesome nurse and she made my stay better by just being involved. I felt heard, I felt understood and most importantly she made me feel like a person. Thank you Krystal!
