Employee Milestone Recognition

At North Central Health Care, we value and appreciate the dedication and hard work of our employees. To honor this commitment, we offer a Milestone Anniversary Recognition Program designed to recognize employees consistently and meaningfully, celebrating contributions to our mission and community. Milestone anniversaries will be announced monthly in the News You Can Use, social, and on department Communication Boards.

Employees receiving Milestone honors will also receive a gift certificate for the NCHC Swag Shop, commensurate with their anniversary level.
