Janis Southworth is a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health & Substance Abuse Therapist with a strong focus on helping children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to address emotional regulation, coping skills, mental health challenges, and substance abuse issues.
