Tanya specializes in working with children, adults, and families, offering strategies to manage emotions, cope with stress, and enhance communication and problem-solving skills. She is also trained in trauma therapies such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), helping individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences.
