Marnie Bredlau
Senior Director of Human Resources
As a member of the NCHC Senior Leadership Team and Director of the HR Team, Marnie demonstrates exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Her strategic vision and expertise in human resources are instrumental in NCHC's strategic goals. Marnie oversees our Human Resources Operations and has a strong commitment to organizational learning, employee health, and safety, as well as compensation development and administration.
Bo Johnson
Human Resources Specialist
As a Human Resources Specialist, Bo provides support for employees and management regarding benefits and changes to employment status. He also provides vital system administration for HR records, compensation management, and processing wage increases.
Monica Abraham
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Monica is here to help the right people obtain the right fit within our organization. Her skills in recruitment engage with all levels and departments at North Central Health Care as well as our communities. She assists with promotions and transfers, employer branding, and outreach efforts and has a passion for helping employees match with positions they find to be the most rewarding.
Kristen Wurth
HR Business Partner - Wausau Campus
Kristen partners with business units to provide support to employees and management at our Wausau Campus. She serves as a point of contact regarding a variety of employee relations situations including engagement, investigations. leadership guidance, leave management, and exit/stay interviews.
Jacque Krause
HR Business Partner - Merrill/Antigo Centers
Jacque works from our Pine Crest Nursing Home location in Merrill where she focuses on employee relations, investigations, leadership guidance, and leave management for staff working in Merrill and Antigo. Jacque is also committed to continuous improvement and manages exit/stay interviews.
Reneé Erickson
Employee Health Nurse
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Reneé assists our entire NCHC team when it comes to employee injuries, illnesses, and infection prevention. All new employees get to meet Reneé for mandatory health tests and annual flu vaccinations. SHe manages staff absences, worker's compensation, and aides employees in their return to work after an absence or leave.
Curt Matsche
Instructional Designer
Curt administers the learning management system and works with experts in the field to create educational courses used by staff. He has a background in application setup and support as well as a desire to provide the best online training experience possible. Curt also manages training records to ensure staff are in compliance with the highest standard required for their position. Additionally, Curt welcomes new employees to our organization through new hire orientation.
Brittany Thomas
HR Coordinator
Brittany works closely with our new hires during their onboarding process and also welcomes them into the organization through orientation sessions. She assists with badge and license/certification management. Working at our Wausau Campus, Brittany is the first person you will see when you arrive to the Human Resources suite in Adminstration.
